El servicio de seguridad a la entrada fue excelente, lo mismo con la señora dando servicio en el restaurante. El servicio en la recepción deja mucho que desear, la chica que estaba en el counter me ignoró por un rato mientras estaba en su teléfono y cuando por fin me atendió fue tosca y ni siquiera me alzo a ver, se sintió de mala gana. Las instalaciones dejan que desear pero en general diría que es un buen balance entre calidad/precio. Las habitaciones podrían estar mejor pero se descansa adecuadamente. Si eres un obseso de la salud y la limpieza este lugar NO ES PARA TI, mejor pagar un poco más por un lugar más presentable.

Cuando llegue el piso estaba tan mojado que pensé que se había innundado, casi me resbalo. La puerta del baño nunca cerró y lo peor fue la cama: estaba super aguada que al movernos mi pareja y yo, la cama hacía un ruido espantoso. Es una pena porque el hotel abajo es lindo, pero las habitaciones son un horror.

Average hotel about 6 minutes walk from the nearest metro station   Toilet seat is  broken and the shower unit a bit dated.  One good thing is the working air conditioner!

Servicio al cliente 10/10 instalaciones 7/10( no hay agua caliente, el cuarto puede oler a mucha humedad, la comida del restaurante deliciosa muy buena, el elevador tiene normalmente un olor muy raro, la ubicación excelente..
